FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cold butter
1 1/2 c. flour

Cut butter into sugar and flour and pat into pizza pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool.

GLAZE:

1 c. clear fruit juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Pineapple, apple or orange.

Cook until thick and clear. Cool.

CHEESE LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat well. Spread on cooled crust. Fruit: cut up any kind of fruit (grapes, melon, blueberries, bananas, mandarin oranges, etc.). GLAZE: Spread over fruit. Let stand a few hours.
