ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts, drained & mashed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic salt to taste

Cream the mayonnaise, sour cream and the cream cheese. Add the artichoke hearts and the Parmesan cheese. Heat in 350 degree oven until bubbly. Serve with crackers.
