1 pkg. flour tortillas 1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 box Velveeta cheese, any flavor Tomatoes, cut up Italian dressing Cut up tomatoes and let marinate in dressing. Brown meat; drain. Melt cheese in separate dish. Add seasoning to meat mixture with 1 cup of water. Cook until bubbly. In microwave warm shells. When warmed, take out and place on individual plates. Put on hamburger mixture. Add a tablespoon of the melted cheese and add 1 tablespoon of the tomatoes. Fold the shell up from the bottom about 2" then fold the shell from the right and then to the left very snugly. Serve warm. |
