MEXI-MELTS 
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 box Velveeta cheese, any flavor
Tomatoes, cut up
Italian dressing

Cut up tomatoes and let marinate in dressing. Brown meat; drain. Melt cheese in separate dish. Add seasoning to meat mixture with 1 cup of water. Cook until bubbly. In microwave warm shells. When warmed, take out and place on individual plates. Put on hamburger mixture. Add a tablespoon of the melted cheese and add 1 tablespoon of the tomatoes. Fold the shell up from the bottom about 2" then fold the shell from the right and then to the left very snugly. Serve warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
