MEXI-DIP 
1/2 lb. ground meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can mashed refried beans
Sour cream topping
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 green pepper
1 can tomato sauce
Finely shredded lettuce
Finely diced tomato

Cook and stir ground meat until brown; drain. Stir in onion, green pepper, refried beans, tomato sauce and seasoning. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. spread on a platter. Spread sour cream topping over ground beef. Sprinkle with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and cheese. Serve with corn chips if desired. Makes about 3 1/2 cups dip.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. chili powder
