MEXI-GARLIC DIP 
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1 (4 oz.) can sliced black olives
6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
4 green onions with tops, finely diced
1 lg. tomato, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with chips or vegetables. Makes four cups.
