1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Food coloring

Put desired color of food coloring into the 1 cup of water to create shade of play dough wanted. Then mix all ingredients together. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. When mixture forms a doughy lump, pour out onto the table and knead.
