STUFFED TENDERLOIN 
1/2 c. onions, chopped
6 oz. mushrooms
3 lb. tenderloin
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Bread crumbs
6 tbsp. butter

Cook onions and celery in butter. Fold in mushrooms. Add bread crumbs as desired. Split tenderloin. Place stuffing on half of tenderloin, place other half of the tenderloin on top and secure with toothpicks. Bakes approximately 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Serves 6.
