TENDERLOIN AND STUFFING 
4 pieces tenderloin
3 c. soft bread crumbs (can use 1/2 bread crumbs and 1/2 stuffing)
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning (optional)
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. water

Brown tenderloins on both sides. Place in baking dish. Lightly mix together bread cubes, onion, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning.

Place stuffing mixture over top of tenderloin. Blend soup and 1/3 cup water and pour over tenderloin. Bake in a 350 degree oven 1 hour or until tender.

Option: Can be used with pork chops.
