STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. vegex salt
1 egg
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs or 1 c. Rice Krispies
10 med. peppers

Prepare peppers by removing stem end and seeds, parboiled in salt water. Simmer onion in fat until tender. Add other ingredients and mix well. Fill peppers. Lay in baking pan. Cover and bake 20 minutes - remove and baste with Sauta gravy. Return and bake 20 minutes longer.
