STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
2 lg. bell peppers
2/3 c. cooked rice
6 oz. hamburger
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 lg. tomato, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water

Wash, halve and clean inside of peppers. Place cut side up in 8x10 inch baking pan. Brown hamburger, drain well. Add other ingredients except water and stir. Spoon equally into pepper shells. Pour water into pan and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
