RED HOT JELLO 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 2/3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cinnamon red hots
1 tbsp. lemon juice
16 oz. applesauce, natural
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. pecans

Pour boiling water over Jello and red hots. Stir until both are dissolved (red hots take awhile). Add lemon juice and applesauce. Let set until almost jelled.

Beat until fluffy 8 ounce cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Marble through out Jello mixture. Add 1/2 cup pecans if desired and marble also.
