SUPERIOR CHICKEN LIVERS 
1 lb. chicken livers
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. steak sauce

In a large bowl, place chicken livers. Pour soy sauce over livers; make sure livers are well coated. Set aside. In a large skillet, place oil and heat to medium temperatures. Add onion and saute about 3 minutes or until tender. Add livers, raisins, and steak sauce. Stir well to mix. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
