BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
equal parts of broccoli and cauliflower
5 green onions, sliced
1 c. raisins
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbed
1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts, sliced
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. rice vinegar

Mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Mix well with remaining ingredients and let stand overnight.
