2 c. cooked grits
1 egg
Cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tall can salmon, rinsed

After cooking grits, cool and add salt. Add egg and salmon. Mix together well. Mold into long cakes and roll in cornmeal. Fry very crisp.
