CHEESE SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (flat tin)
1/2 pt. whipping cream (or one sm. carton Cool Whip (or similar product)
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese (cream in blender or mixer)
1 tsp. gelatin, dissolved in 1 tbsp. water

Whip cream until thick. Add cream cheese and gelatin. Combine marshmallows, pineapple and nuts in bowl and add other ingredients and chill overnight. Use 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch pan, depending on thickness you want.
