CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. water
3/4 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 2/3 c. Better Crocker Potato Buds
1/2 c. onion
1 3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/4 c. sour cream
7 strips bacon, crumbled

Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil. Add Potato Buds and mix well. Then add cheese, onion and sour cream. Put into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Top with 7 strips of crumbled bacon and more grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. One of our favorites.
