PARTY POTATOES 
8-10 med. potatoes, boiled
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 onion, chopped
1 med. brick cheddar cheese
1 box Chicken-n-Bisket crackers, made into crumbs

Bring cream of mushroom soup, butter, sour cream and onion to a boil and heat through. In a glass baking dish, layer: cracker crumbs, sauce, potatoes, sauce, potatoes, sauce. Then add grated cheese and top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
