CANNED APPLE PIE FILLING 
9 c. water
5 c. sugar
1 c. cornstarch
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Cloves
Ginger
7 qt. peeled, sliced apples

Mix everything together except apples. Heat until sugar is well dissolved. Pour over apples and put in jars. Process until cooker reaches 10 pounds pressure. Remove from heat. Use a variety of apples such as Grimes Golden, Polly Red or Jonathan.
