CABBAGE AND MORE (VEGGIES) 
Makes a great side dish!

1 head of cabbage, sliced roughly (or pulled and torn apart)
1 pkg. shredded carrots (may substitute sliced carrots)
1 Vidalia onion (sliced 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick)
1 green pepper (medium slices)
2 celery stalks (roughly chopped, but not fine)
4 smoked turkey necks
1 head each cauliflower and/or broccoli (optional)

Bring water to a boil and add smoked turkey necks. Allow them to boil for 5 to 6 minutes.

Add all of the remaining ingredients and cook on HIGH until the cabbage is done, about 8 to 10 minutes depending on the size/type of your pot. Do not overcook.
