PIZZA CUPS 
1 can country style refrigerator biscuits
1 lb. ground beef
1 can pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Sliced pepperoni

Spray cupcake pans with Pam spray. Roll out or flatten each biscuit and press 1 into each cupcake section making sure sides and bottom are covered.

Fry the ground beef until done. Mix in pizza sauce. Fill each cup with about a tablespoon of the meat mixture. Top with a pepperoni slice and some of the cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until biscuit is golden brown, about 7-10 minutes.
