ORANGE YOGURT CAKE 
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 (8 oz.) carton lowfat yogurt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 3/4 c. all purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10 cup bundt pan. Cream butter and sugar in large bowl until light. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, orange juice and orange rind. Blend yogurt and soda in small bowl, then add to creamed mixture alternately with flour.

Pour in pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool at least 40 minutes on wire rack. Drizzle with orange glaze. Refrigerate.

ORANGE GLAZE:

1 tbsp. butter
1 egg yolk
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. orange juice

Combine all ingredients, beat until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
