YOGURT COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Bran Flakes, lightly crushed
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. plain flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) container plain lowfat yogurt
2 eggs
1/3 c. skim or lowfat milk
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix 1/2 cup of the cereal with 1/4 cup of the brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Mix flours, remaining sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and remaining cereal. Mix yogurt, eggs milk, oil and vanilla until well blended. Stir into the flour mixture. Mix well. Pour half the batter into a 9 inch tube pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Sprinkle batter with half the cinnamon mixture. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan.
