YOGURT CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. soft butter
1 c. fruit yogurt
3 eggs

Blend butter, yogurt and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Beat 3 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 65-70 minutes in a greased and floured tube pan.
