YOGURT CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. plain yogurt
3 - 4 packets sugar substitute
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 env. unflavored gelatin
2 c. frozen dessert topping, thawed

Drain liquid from yogurt. Combine orange juice and gelatin, heat until gelatin is melted. Stir into yogurt mixture. Fold in dessert topping. Pour into prepared pan and chill. Makes enough for a 9 inch springform pan or 2 pie pans. Use crumb base in pans (graham cracker). In place of the plain gelatin and orange juice, use 1 package lemon sugar free Jello, dissolved in 1/2 cup water.
