YOGURT BUNDT CAKE 
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. Quaker 100% nat. cereal
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 (8 oz.) carton (1 c.) plain yogurt

Pour boiling water over 100% natural cereal; set aside. Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each addition. Add vanilla. Sift together flour, salt, soda and nutmeg. Add to creamed mixture alternately with yogurt, beating after each addition. Stir in 100% natural cereal mixture.
