JAIR'S TUNA DIP 
2 jalapenos, chopped
1/2 an onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
4 (5 oz. ea.) cans tuna in water, drained
4 limes, juiced
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. dairy sour cream
pinch of salt

Chop two jalapenos, 1/2 of onion, and tomato. Drain 4 cans of tuna in water, mix all items together with juice of 4 limes. Add three tablespoons of mayonnaise and two tablespoons of dairy sour cream. Salt, to taste.

Serve as dip for tortilla chips or use as sandwich filler.
