SAUSAGE/CHEESE PUFFS 
1 lb. hot Italian bulk sausage
1 lb. grated Cheddar or Mozzarella
3 c. Bisquick
1 tbsp. basil
3/4 c. water

Cook the sausage until it's no longer pink and all fat is rendered. Drain on paper towel until cool. Mix Bisquick, water, cheese and basil in a large bowl. Add sausage meat to mixture; mix well and roll into small balls. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 400°F until brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
