SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. bulk mild sausage 1 c. uncooked rice (Success, 1 pkg.) 2 pkgs. cream of chicken dry soup 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 1 c. sliced celery 2 1/2 c. water 3 tbsp. soy sauce (mixed with water) Brown sausage; drain off. Mix in all other ingredients gently; cover and bake 1 hour in a casserole dish at 350 degrees. |
