1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 pkg. cream cheese
A variety of lunch meats (chicken, pastrami, beef, etc.)
Lettuce
Toothpicks

On tortilla spread cream cheese. Place meat and lettuce on top of cream cheese. Roll up and secure with about 5 toothpicks. Slice into 1/2" or 3/4" pieces. Serves at least 12 people.
