HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
2 tbsp. onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. white rice, cooked
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
3 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 - 3/4 c. Rice Krispies

Boil chicken. Cook the rice and mix all ingredients together. Place in 8 x 8 x 2 inch casserole dish and top with Rice Krispies. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Great hot or cold. Serves 6.
