SMALL HUNGARIAN PASTRIES 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sour cream
1 egg yolk
1/2 lb. butter

Mix well. Cut into 4 balls. Roll out like pie crust each ball into 10-12 inches. Make 16 cuts out of each ball. Fill with apricots, walnuts, prune or poppy seeds. Put on outside of dough and roll into center point. Brush top with egg yolk and water. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes on bottom of oven and 10 minutes on top.
