TACO TWIST 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. (8 oz.) corkscrew macaroni, cooked and drained
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine cooked macaroni, sour cream and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and place in a casserole dish. Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
