CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. whole fresh cranberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. seedless purple grapes
1/2 to 3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. Cool Whip or 1 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared per pkg. directions

Chop cranberries in food processor. Stir in sugar and let fruit absorb sugar for about 1/2 hour. Drain pineapple well. Slice grapes in half. Add pineapple, grapes and nuts to cranberries. Fold in Cool Whip and chill for several hours or overnight.
