CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. red grapes, halved
1 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. Cool Whip

Wash and grind cranberries. Add sugar and pineapple. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, drain this mixture well. Add grapes, marshmallows, and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip. Serve in large salad bowl or on lettuce leaf on individual plates. Serves 10-12.
