CRANBERRY APPLE SALAD 
2 c. raw cranberries, ground
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. apples, diced, pared or unpared
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine cranberries and sugar, cover and chill overnight. Add apples, pecans, marshmallows and salt. Fold in whipped cream. Chill. 8 servings.
