COMPANY CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. regular rice
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 3/4 c. milk
1 (3/8 oz.) pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 chicken, cut up

Grease the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Pour in the rice to make a bottom layer. Combine canned soups and milk; pour over rice. Now scatter chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle dried soup mix on top of chicken. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
