SQUASH MUFFINS 
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mashed squash
1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter (melted)

Beat egg thoroughly. Add sugar and blend. Mix in well the mashed squash and milk. Add sifted dry ingredients. Blend in butter. Bake at 400 degrees about 25 minutes in greased muffin pans. About 12 medium muffins.
