TO DIE FOR DIP | |
2 cups shredded swiss cheese 1 pkg. (8oz. size) cream cheese, softened 1 cup mayonnaise 3 chopped green onions Ho-Ho crackers 1 can Oscar Meyer real bacon bits Mix all ingredients except Ho-Ho crackers with a spoon, spread evenly in a 9X13 inch pan. Crumple 12 (or more) Hi-Ho crackers. Sprinkle bacon bits on top of crackers. Cover dish and refrigerate for one hour (or longer if necessary). When ready to serve, microwave 4-5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. To serve, spoon dip onto plate and use crackers as your "chips". |
