CHOCOLATE-PECAN PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans pieces

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Add evaporated milk (undiluted), add butter and 2 eggs, beaten slightly. Mix well and add sugar, flour, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Add pecans pieces. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm.
