2 English muffins, split
4 eggs
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 slices ham or bacon
4 slices American cheese
Tabasco
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter

Butter muffins and toast on one side only. Cover each with slice of ham or broiled bacon and keep warm. Poach eggs in water and vinegar. Place cooked eggs on ham and top with cheese slices.

Add several drops of Tabasco. Salt and pepper each. Broil about 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 4.
