HAM & EGG BRUNCH | |
8 slices bread, cubed & crusts removed 1/4 lb. Old English cheese 2 c. milk 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 lb. cubed ham 6 beaten eggs 1/2 tsp. salt Place bread, ham and cheese in an 11 x 13 inch pan. Mix together eggs, milk and salt; spread over top. Pour melted butter over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Allow to set for 10 minutes before serving. |
