HAM AND CHEESE BUNS 
12 hamburger buns
1/2 lb. ham, finely diced
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1/4 lb. Old English cheese, diced
1 tbsp. onion, chopped (optional)
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. pickle relish
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. catsup or barbeque sauce

Hollow out centers of bun halve, mix all ingredients. Fill centers of buns, wrap individually in foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. 12 servings.
