HAM BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bunch broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 lb. Velveeta
1 lb. thin sliced ham, cut into bite-size pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook one bunch of broccoli; leave slightly crisp. Drain broccoli well and add ham.

Mix and melt mayonnaise, soup, and Velveeta; pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4-5.
