BROCCOLI HAM CASSEROLE 
12 slices white bread (crusts removed)
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. diced ham
6 beaten eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt

With a donut ring cutter, cut 12 donut shapes on the bread, save trim. Add eggs, milk, onion, salt in bowl; mix together. Thaw broccoli and drain.

In 9x13 inch casserole, layer bread trimmings, cheese, broccoli, ham, donut rings on top. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Cut in squares, each person getting a ring. Great casserole for brunch or luncheon.
