BROCCOLI-HAM CASSEROLE | |
12 slices bread 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli 2 c. diced ham 6 eggs 3 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt Cook broccoli until tender and drain. Cut 12 doughnuts from the 12 slices of bread. Fit all scraps of bread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Place cheese in layer on top of bread scraps. Add broccoli over the cheese layer, then ham. Place bread doughnuts on top. Beat eggs, slightly and add milk, salt, onions. Pour over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until egg mixture sets. |
