PRETZEL STRAWBERRY SALAD | |
2 1/2 c. pretzels, coarsely crushed 3 tbsp. powdered sugar 3/4 c. butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 egg 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 1 lg. strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries Mix pretzels, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar and melted butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; cool. Beat cream cheese, egg and 1 cup powdered sugar, then add Cool Whip. Spread on pretzels and refrigerate. Mix Jello and boiling water, then frozen strawberries. Let thicken and spread on top. Refrigerate for 4 hours before cutting and serving. |
