BOLOGNA SANDWICH SPREAD 
2 c. ground bologna (ring) (skinned)
1/2 c. ground sweet pickles
1/2 to 1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise

A hard cooked egg or two may be added.

Combine bologna, pickles and mustard. Mix thoroughly. Add mayonnaise. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Good on rye bread.
