POOR MAN'S SANDWICH SPREAD 
1 lb. unsliced bologna
3 boiled eggs
2 lg. dill pickles
1/4 c. diced onion
Salad dressing
Mustard
Pickle juice

Grate bologna, dice eggs and pickles. Put in mixing bowl. Add enough salad dressing, mustard (your taste) and pickle juice (about 2-3 tablespoons). Mix well. Refrigerate until served.
