SOCK - IT - TO - ME CAKE | |
1 box yellow Duncan Hines butter cake mix 3/4 c. cooking oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs, added 1 at a time 1/2 pt. sour cream 1 c. pecans, cut fine GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 2 or 3 tbsp. milk Mix and pour over hot cake. Mix cake mix, oil, sugar, cream and pecans together. Add eggs and vanilla. Use tube pan, greased and floured. Pour half of batter in pan. Then mix 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter. Add other half of batter and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
