RHUBARB MARMALADE | |
4 c. rhubarb (heaping, chopped fine) 3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. water 1 pkg. strawberry Jello Combine rhubarb, sugar and water. Boil 8 minutes, or until dissolved. Remove from heat, add Jello, mix well. Store in refrigerator or freezer. |
